1. Approve the Procedure for inclusion of the amount of royalty and other license fees in the price which is actually paid or is subject to payment for the estimated goods, in case of determination of their customs value which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.

3. The amount of royalty and other license fees in case of determination of customs value of the estimated goods joins in the price under such circumstances:
