According to part one of Article 373 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the inventory, export (transfer) of which by citizens out of limits of customs area of Ukraine is not allowed which is applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2002 No. 1911 "About approval of the inventory of industrial function which export by citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons out of limits of customs area of Ukraine is not allowed" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002 No. 51, by the Art. 2323);
Item 15 of the list of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which become effective since the January 1, 2004 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 92 "About entry into force of some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003 No. 4, of the Art. 138).
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
