About approval of Changes to the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on protection of property and citizens

According to part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" and of July 07, 2010 No. 565 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of provision of services is estimated connected with protection of the state-owned and other property, and also protection of citizens, and is determined frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control)" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the provision of services on protection of property and citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, of February 25, 2011 No. 76, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2011 for No. 417/19155, which are applied.

2. (Pogotov S. M.) to provide to department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister militia major general Ratushnyak V. I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Send the order on accessory.

Changes to the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the provision of services on protection of property and citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 25, 2011 No. 76, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2011 for No. 417/19155

1. In appendix 3 to the Procedure for the word and figure "the services connected with protection of property and citizens, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the order of 27.10.2010 No. 508, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine ___. ___. 20 __ for No. ___/___" shall be replaced with words also in figures "services in protection of property and citizens, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of February 25, 2011 No. 76, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2011 for No. 417/19155".

2. To be reworded as follows appendix 5 to the Procedure which is applied.
