About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 444

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 444 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of energy saving materials, the equipment, equipment and component parts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 35, Art. 1169; 2009, No. 70, Art. 2428; 2011, No. 5, Art. 247, No. 10, Art. 457, No. 35, Art. 1438) such changes:

And figures of "article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff"" shall be replaced with words 1) in introductory part of the word also in figures of "Items 14 and 16 of part one of Article 282 of the Customs code of Ukraine";

2) in Item 1:

in paragraph one of subitem 1 of the word and figures of "the Items "h" and "shch" of part one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Common customs tariff"" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Items 14 and 16 of part one of Article 282 of the Customs code of Ukraine";

in the paragraph the second subitem 4 of the word and figure of "article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff"" shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts two of Article 282 of the Customs code of Ukraine.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
