About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2011 No. 581

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2011 No. 581 "About approval of the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine of the equipment, equipment, equipment, technical and vehicles which are used for development of production and ensuring consumption of species of fuel" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 42, by the Art. 1715) such changes:
1) in introductory part of the word and figures of "the Items "I" and "I-1" of part one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Common customs tariff" (in edition of the Law of Ukraine of May 21, 2009 No. 1391-VI)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Item 17 parts one of Article 282, of the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine";
2) in Item 5 of the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine of the equipment, the equipment, equipment, technical and vehicles which are used for development of production and ensuring consumption of species of the fuel approved by the specified resolution, the words "and the Law of Ukraine " about the Common customs tariff " shall be replaced with words also in figures ", part two of Article 282 and the last paragraph of item 4 of the Section XXI " final and transitional provisions " of the Customs code of Ukraine".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
