About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102

In introductory part of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty and the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 444; 2011, 1, the Art. 26) words and figures of "the Item "I" of part one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Common customs tariff" shall be replaced with words No. also in figures of "the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Section XXI of the Customs code of Ukraine".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
