About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 No. 343

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 No. 343 "About approval of the Procedure for reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans for providing with affordable housing the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 33, the Art. 1229) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 No. 343

1. In the resolution:

The paragraph third Item 1 of the resolution to exclude 1);

Appendix to the resolution to exclude 2).

2. According to the procedure of reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans for providing with affordable housing the citizens needing the improvement of housing conditions approved by the specified resolution:

Item 1 after the words "in objects of construction in progress" to add 1) with the words "or not implemented by customers (managers) in the objects accepted in operation after 2009";

2) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "and financings of construction of facilities" shall be replaced with words ", financings of construction of facilities and acquisition of housing";

3) in item 4:

to exclude words of "construction in progress";

add Item with the paragraph of such content:

"The property right to housing in the objects accepted in operation after 2009 is registered in accordance with the established procedure for customers (managers).";
