About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.

Changes which are made to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 63 "About approval of the Procedure for customs clearance of military equipment and military vehicles which cross customs border of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003 No. 4, of the Art. 122):

1) in the resolution:

in the name and Item 1 of the resolution shall be replaced with words the word "and" ", including";

in introductory part shall be replaced with words the word and figures of "Article 74" also in figures of "Article 252 part one";

2) according to the procedure of customs clearance of military equipment and military vehicles which cross customs border of Ukraine, approved by the specified resolution:

in the name of the Procedure shall be replaced with words the word "and" ", including";

to add Item 1 after words of "military equipment" with the words "including";

paragraphs two and third Item 5 to state in such edition:

"The form of the order is given in appendix 1 to this Procedure.

Lists of officials who have the right to sign such orders are determined by the relevant central executive bodies and move to State Customs Service. Specimen signatures of such persons and their seals are provided in lists.";
