About recognition voided resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2006 No. 16 and of February 28, 2008 No. 11

Based on Item 7 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2006 No. 16 "About approval of Rules of work with personnel in the organizations of electric power industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 54, 8/14107);

the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2008 No. 11 "About modification of Rules of work with personnel in the organizations of electric power industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 70, 8/18398).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
