About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on fruit growing No. 728-XIII of February 6, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 52-53, 161), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (Article 5 the word "Register" to replace 1) with the word "Catalogue".

2. In part (Article 6 the word "Register" to replace 4) with the word "Catalogue".

4. In Article 13:

Art. III. - In the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 75-78, 314), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 7 in the following edition:

"Article 7. Testing and permission of cultivation of grades of grapes

(1) Testing of grades of grapes and their entering into the Catalogue of plant varieties are performed by State commission on testing of plant varieties according to the technical regulation approved by the Government.

(2) In production only the grapes grades brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties are used.".
