1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for the direction of minors on training in organizations of formation of foreign states approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2008 No. 33 "About some questions of the direction of minors on training and treatment out of limits of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 27, 5/26620; 2009, No. 14, 5/29066; 2011, No. 92, 5/34264):
