Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 1997 No. 1012 "About procedure for control of activities of the companies which privatization is performed in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 38, page 5).
