About improvement of ecological condition and reduction of pollution of the Krasnopavlovsky water storage basin in the Kharkiv region

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and State agency of water resources concerning allocation to the specified Ministry (for the State agency of water resources) means in the amount of 34 million hryvnias for carrying out water exchange of the Krasnopavlovsky water storage basin in the Kharkiv region by balance of the State fund of protection of the surrounding environment which was formed for January 1, 2012.

2. To provide to the state agency of water resources:

use of the funds allocated according to this resolution according to Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings, complex antiflood protection in the basin of the river. Yew in the Transcarpathian region, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 137 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 575; 2012, No. 15, Art. 558);

representation till December 25, 2012. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Finance and the Public treasurer service of the report on use of the specified means.

3. To the Ministry of Finance to make corresponding changes to list of the government budget.

4. To the public treasurer service to transfer to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the funds allocated according to this resolution.
