According to the paragraph the twelfth Item 5 parts one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", item 4 of the Section ІІ the Law of Ukraine of January 13, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning privatization concerning realization of provisions of the State program of privatization for 2012-2014" ORDER to No. 4336-VI:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the List of subjects of estimative activities - subjects of managing which is applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the taxation of physical persons of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Busarev V. V.) in accordance with the established procedure:

submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

provide promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
