1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 14, 2012 No. 539 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the List of subjects of estimative activities - subjects of managing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 29, 2012 for No. 847/21159.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the taxation of physical persons of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Busarev V. V.) in accordance with the established procedure:

submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

provide promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order and I assign to the vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
