1. Bring in the Technique of normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose and settlements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 1995 No. 213 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, Art. 151; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, Art. 1475; 2004, No. 27, Art. 1782; 2011, No. 90, the Art. 3271), and the Technique of normative money value of lands of nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1278 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 97, the Art. 3538), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which comes into effect at the same time with entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1278 "About approval of the Technique of normative money value of lands of nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 97, of the Art. 3538).
