About modification of the Procedure for financing of improvement of children of insured persons in children's institutions of improvement by fund of social insurance on temporary disability

According to Articles 11, of 21, 47 and 48 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Procedure for financing of improvement of children of insured persons in children's institutions of improvement by fund of social insurance on temporary disability approved by the resolution of board of Fund of February 25, 2009 No. 17, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 11, 2009 for No. 502/16518, such changes:

1.1. In the Section I:

in Item 1.4 to replace figure "7" with figure "6";

to add paragraph two of subitem 1.7.2 of Item 1.7 after the words "as insurers" with the words "irrespective of pattern of ownership and the children's institutions of improvement leased".

1.2. In the Section II:

in subitem 2.2.1 of Item 2.2 of the word "board of department" shall be replaced with words "boards of departments";
