1. Repeal the following orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:

of April 23, 2012 No. 554 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 on No. 657/20970;

of April 23, 2012 No. 555 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of appraisers and subjects of estimative activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 on No. 658/20971;

of April 23, 2012 No. 556 "About approval of Quality requirements of the services provided by subjects of estimative activities, and rules of the organization of external control system of quality", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 on No. 659/20972;

of May 30, 2012 No. 771 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 6, 2012 for No. 908/21220.

2. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities submission on state registration of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.
