About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of activities of banks of the second level
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of banks of the second level, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of activities of banks of the second level according to appendix 1 to this resolution (further - Changes and amendments).
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
4. Action of paragraphs of the ninetieth Item 1, of the forty seventh Item 3 of Changes and amendments extend to the relations which arose since January 1, 2012.
