For the purpose of execution of provisions of Items a), b) and e) article 11 of the Law No. 179-XVI of July 10, 2008 on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 165-166, of the Art. 605), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The list of the objects which are in property of the state of national public interest, offered for public and private partnership and also is more whole for providing projects and appointment of the state partners according to appendix No. 1;

The activity list and the services of national public interest offered for chastnogosudarstvenny partnership and also is more whole for providing projects and appointment of the state partners according to appendix No. 2.

2. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 932 of August 14, 2007. "About privatization of the parcels of land which are in public property of the state" (2007, No. 127-130, of the Art. 966), with subsequent changes and amendments, line items 2 and 3 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
