About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" concerning payment of state examination on energy saving

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 30, Art. 283; 2006, No. 15, Art. 126; 2011, No. 34, Art. 343) such changes:

1. In Article 21:

the second to add part with words "and also for receipt of the privileges provided by the tax and/or customs legislation; priority crediting of actions for ensuring rational use and economy of fuel and energy resources; receipts of irretrievable assignment, target government and other subsidies, subventions, grants for implementation of actions for ensuring energy saving at the expense of budgetary funds";

add with part three of such content:

"State examination on energy saving is carried out on paid basis. The amount of payment for conducting state examination on energy saving is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. Third of Article 23 to state part in such edition:

"State examination on energy saving is carried out by executive body which provides realization of state policy in spheres of effective use of fuel and energy resources, energy saving, the recovered power sources and alternative types of fuel. Expertize of construction projects is carried out according to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities".

3. In part one of Article 26 of the word "The state inspectorate for energy saving" shall be replaced with words "executive body which provides realization of state policy in spheres of effective use of fuel and energy resources, energy saving, the recovered power sources and alternative types of fuel".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
