Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 1996 No. 262 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 237; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 39, Art. 1941; 2006, No. 33, Art. 2382; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2098, No. 88, Art. 3221; 2008, No. 86, Art. 2884):

to exclude subitem 4-1 of item 4;

in the subitem 3 of Item 5 to replace the word "Minstata" with the word "Gosstata";

in the text of the Provision to replace the word of Mintranssvyaz with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure, and the word "Minister of Transport and Communications" in all cases - the words "The Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Is the Minister of Infrastructure" in the corresponding case.

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 "About approval of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1323, No. 72, Art. 2479; 2012, No. 11, Art. 403):

To "Ministry of Transport and Communications" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The ministry of infrastructure";
