About approval of the Nation-wide target development program of water economy and ecological improvement of river basin Dnieper for the period till 2021
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Approve the Nation-wide target development program of water economy and ecological improvement of river basin Dnieper for the period till 2021 which is attached.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except Items 3 and 4 of this Section which become effective from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day.
2. Recognize to invalid:
The resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "About the National program of ecological improvement of the basin of Dnieper and improvement of quality of drinking water" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997 No. 41, the Art. 279);
The law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide development program of water economy" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002 No. 25, the Art. 172).
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
during preparation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide expenses on ensuring accomplishment of the actions provided by the Nation-wide target development program of water economy and ecological improvement of river basin Dnieper for the period till 2021;
take measures concerning reduction in compliance with this Law of subordinate regulatory legal acts, having provided the introduction them in force along with enforcement of this Law, way:
reductions of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;
ensuring reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
4. Recommend to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, local government bodies:
