1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (international) (Ministry of Transport) "Report on the international motor transportations" of quarter frequency and to enact it starting with the report for the II quarter 2012;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4tr (international) (Ministry of Transport) "Report on the international motor transportations" of quarter frequency and to enact them starting with the report for the II quarter 2012.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing the international motor transportations.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2011 No. 229 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (international) (Ministry of Transport) "Report on the international motor transportations" and instructions for its filling".
4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
