For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 2.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures in the field of strengthening of social protection of staff of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and regulation of traffic" of February 14, 2011 the No. 378 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Rules connected with material and social content of the police officer" of April 20, 2000 No. 73 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4, the II book, Article 319; 2004, No. 1, Article 51, No. 7, Article 589, No. 11, Article 970; 2005, No. 7, Article 677; 2006, No. 9, Article 830; 2007, No. 5, Article 544; 2008, No. 2, Article 124; 2009, No. 11, Article 937; 2010, No. 4, Article 359) to add Item 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. 25 percent from the means arriving from the penalties for violation of provisions of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic paid by physical persons and legal entities "About traffic" are used for issue of allowances to monthly official pay rate of staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic who perform dorozhnopatrulny service and are involved in traffic regulation. The provided allowances are not included into expenses on providing and the amount of monthly official pay rate.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
