1. Establish since July 1, 2012:

a) the price, not below which procurement (except for import) alcoholic products at the organization which performed its production, and deliveries (except for export) alcoholic products the organization which performed its production is conducted in the amount of:

on vodka, alcoholic beverage and other alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for cognac, brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates) for 0,5 of liter of finished goods according to Appendix to this order;

on brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates, except for cognac - 151 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods;

on cognac - 174 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods;

b) the price, not below which procurement (except for import) alcoholic products at the organization which conducted its procurement at other organization, and delivery (except for export) alcoholic products the organization which conducted its procurement at other organization is conducted in the amount of:

on vodka, alcoholic beverage and other alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for cognac, brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates) for 0,5 of liter of finished goods according to Appendix to this order;

on brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates, except for cognac - 166 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods;

on cognac - 191 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods;

c) the price, not below which retail sale of alcoholic products is performed, in the amount of:

on vodka, alcoholic beverage and other alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for cognac, brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates) for 0,5 of liter of finished goods according to Appendix to this order;

on brandy and other alcoholic products made from wine, grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy distillates, except for cognac - 190 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods;

on cognac - 219 rubles for 0,5 of liter of finished goods.

2. The prices, not below which procurement (except for import), delivery is conducted (except for export) and retail sale of the alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent poured in consumer pack of other reservoir are calculated in proportion to the prices specified in subitems "an" - "in" Item 1 of this order.

3. Recognize voided since July 1, 2012:
