1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning licensing of separate types of activity.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning licensing of separate types of activity according to the list according to appendix.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning litsenzhirovaniye of separate types of activity

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 24, 1995 N 78 "About urgent measures for prevention of counterfeit of forms of the securities applied in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 5, Art. 425; 2005, N 19, the Art. 1821) of the word "licenses for production of forms of securities, and also licenses for activities on production of the printed material protected from counterfeits, including forms of securities, and also trade in the specified products" shall be replaced with words "licenses for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits".
