About some questions of licensing

According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) list of licensors;

2) the list of state bodies which perform approval of licensing regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) form of the license and appendix to the license;

4) the application form for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
