About some questions of protection of the domestic market

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Charge to Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission to complete in accordance with the established procedure the investigations made by the authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union specified in Item 3 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 17, 2010 to No. 339, and which are not completed by them till July 1, 2012 after receipt of the documents and materials specified in Item 2 of this Decision.

2. Ask the Parties to provide transfer of the state members of the Customs union by authorized bodies specified in Item 1 of this Decision, to Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission of documents and materials according to the procedure providing protection of confidential information:

- on the investigations made by authorized bodies of the states

members of the Customs union and not completed to the term specified in Item 1 of this Decision - till July 6, 2012;

- on investigations (reviews) completed by authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union till July 1, 2012 on which decisions are not made by the Eurasian economic commission - till July 6, 2012;

- on the measures of protection of the domestic market operating on single customs area of the Customs union - till July 31, 2012.

3. Declare invalid since July 1, 2012 the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 23, 2011 No. 802 "About some questions of application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union".

4. This Decision becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
