2. To the responsible secretary of the Commission of the Customs union S.Yu. Glazyev exercise control of activities of the department specified in Item 1 of this Decision.

3. To the authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union determined by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 17, 2010 No. 339, to complete investigations according to the statements which arrived before the date of entry into force of this Decision.

Regulations on use and protection of confidential information in the body making investigations (Appendix No. 1);

Regulations of decision making and preparation of drafts of decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures (Appendix No. 2).
