About modification and amendments in structures and formats of electronic copies of customs papers

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. N421 to be reworded as follows the appendix N1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 14, 2010 according to the appendix N1 to this Decision.

2. N421 to be reworded as follows the appendix N2 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 14, 2010 according to the appendix N2 to this Decision.

3. N450 to be reworded as follows the appendix N1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2010 according to the appendix N3 to this Decision.

4. N450 to be reworded as follows the appendix N2 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2010 according to the appendix N4 to this Decision.

5. To provide to Customs Services of state members of the Customs union till June 25, 2012 preparation of information systems for application of structures and formats of electronic copies of customs papers in editions according to Items 1, of 2, of 3, 4 presents of the Decision.

6. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2012, except for Item 5, which becomes effective after 30 days after day of official publication of this Decision.
