About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning crude oil

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of custom union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 850) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties according to the appendix N 3;

d) include Prirazlomnoye field in the list of the fields of the Russian Federation specified in the note 8 to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union;

e) add notes to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 10 of the following content: "10) In case of confirmation of the executive authority by authorized body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of fuel and energy complex together with the authorized body of the executive authority performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of subsurface use, the fact of the production having the specified physicochemical characteristics of crude oil and also in the presence of the statement from the state stock balance of minerals for January first of the year preceding year of the period of the production and oil export containing data on viscosity of oil at least 10000 мПа*с (in bedded conditions) on fields of the Russian Federation".
