About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and establishment of rate of import customs duty concerning the submersible drilling rigs intended for drilling of oil and gas wells

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 850) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties according to the appendix N 3;

d) add notes to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 11 of the following content: "11) In case of confirmation of the executive authority of state member of the Customs union of purpose of imported goods by authorized body for the purposes of drilling of oil and gas wells within the Kazakhstan part of bottom and subsoil of the Northern Caspian Sea on the following geological structures: Pearls, Zhambay (Karabulak), Abay, Isatay-Chagall, Jambyl, Satpayev, Ustyurt, Makhambet, Bobek, Darkhan, Madina, Shattyk, C1, C2, Sholpan, Kayran, Aktota, Kalamkas.".

2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 15C) of the following content:

"15C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.07.2012 till 30.06.2013 inclusive.".
