1. These rules of accounting and registration of the lovchy birds of prey used on hunting (further - Rules), are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and determine procedure for accounting and registration of the lovchy birds of prey used on hunting and containing in bondage.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the lovchy birds of prey used on hunting - golden eagle, falcon and hawk;
2) short-term overexposure - content of lovchy birds of prey in bondage for the term of no more than 10 calendar days;
