These rules of content of animals in bondage and semi-free conditions (dalee-Pravila) are developed according to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and determine procedure for content of animals in bondage and semi-free conditions.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) content of animals in bondage - content of animals in cages, aquariums, terrariums, pools and other special rooms;
2) content of animals in semi-free conditions - content of animals in the open-air cages and other conditions close to the native habitat.
