About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About development of the aircraft constructing industry" rather state support of sale of the aircraft equipment of national production

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The law of Ukraine "About development of the aircraft constructing industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, Art. 261; 2010, No. 10, Art. 101; 2011, No. No. 13-17, of Art. 112; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 No. 4495-VI) to add with Article 3-1 of such content:

"Article 3-1. For the period the state financial support of sale of the aircraft equipment of national production via the mechanism of reduction in cost of the credits by partial compensation of rate on the loans of commercial banks attracted by subjects of managing in national currency for purchase of such equipment is entered from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2017. Compensation is provided to operators of the aircraft equipment who are in the territory of Ukraine, only for the aircraft equipment of national production, for the percent which are actually paid in the current budget period in the amount of the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine operating on payment date of the specified percent.

Funds for implementation of such state financial support of sale of the aircraft equipment of national production annually, taking into account requirements of the Budget code of Ukraine, are provided in the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.

The procedure for use of the specified means of the government budget annually is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till January 1, 2013:

adopt the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation of regulatory legal acts which contradict this Law.
