1. Approve the Order of interaction of local executive bodies concerning control of conditions of keeping and education of the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are raised in foster homes and orphanages of family type, social maintenance of foster homes and orphanages of family type which is applied.
2. To department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (A. Filipishin) to provide this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
