About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 289 "About form and procedure for filling of the transit declaration"

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Make changes to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 289 (are applied).

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

Changes in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 289

In Item 14 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the transit declaration:

1. Rules of filling of column 22 to add with part two of the following content:

"This column can not be filled in in movement cases:

goods of the Customs union from the territory of the Customs union on the territory of the Customs union through the territory or the territories of the states which are not members of the Customs union;

foreign goods railway transport from customs authority in the place of arrival on customs area of the Customs union to customs authority in the place of departure from such territory.".

2. Rules of filling of column 42 to add with part two of the following content:
