Rules of use of reserve of non-state pension fund on mandatory pension insurance

1. These rules establish procedure for use of reserve of non-state pension fund on mandatory pension insurance (further respectively - reserve, fund).

2. The reserve of fund is used for implementation of payments to legal successors of means of pension accruals of the died insured person in the following cases:

a) recovery by the legal successor judicially term for the address with the statement for payment of means of pension accruals, including after pronouncement by fund of the decision on payment of means of pension accruals to other legal successors;

b) the address of the legal successor if the amount of means of pension accruals relying it was credited in reserve of fund in communication:

with return of federal mail service by the organization of funds of the pension accruals transferred to the legal successor through the specified organization and which were not demanded by it at the scheduled time;

with return by credit institution of means of pension accruals in case of their transfer through credit institution;
