About approval of Changes to Regulations on advisory council concerning conducting examination of dissertation works of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine

According to the subitem 26 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and the sport of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 410, and Item 29 of the Procedure for award of scientific degrees and assignment of academic status of the senior research associate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 07, 2007 No. 423, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on advisory council concerning conducting examination of dissertation works of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of September 14, 2011 No. 1058, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 10, 2011 for No. 1167/19905, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of certification of personnel (Bondarenko V. D.) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy Minister Sulima E. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
