Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2000 No. 1544 "About the harbor fees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 42, Art. 1784; 2001, No. 48, Art. 2142; 2002, No. 14, Art. 721; 2003, No. 29, Art. 1465; 2008, No. 67, Art. 2233, No. 68, Art. 2286; 2009, No. 89, Art. 3007, No. 93, Art. 3159; 2011, No. 18, Art. 767, No. 81, Art. 2975) such changes:

"Ministry of Transport and Communications" and "Ministry of Economy and European Integration" to replace 1) in Item 2-1 of the resolution of the word respectively with words "The ministry of infrastructure" and "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";

2) in the Regulations on the harbor fees approved by the specified resolution:

in paragraph five to Item 6 of the word "State department of sea and river transport" to replace with the word "Ukrmorrechinspektsiy";

in Item 38 Ministry of Transport to replace the word with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure.
