The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for reduction in cost of cost of mortgage loans for providing citizens with affordable housing who need improvement of housing conditions No. 343 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 33, the Art. 1229, No. 41, the Art. 1576), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 2 in such edition:
"2. The partial compensation of percent is provided on the credits obtained by borrowers in banks which addressed the main manager of means of the government budget and in Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations for the purpose of participation in crediting of borrowers according to this Procedure.".
2. Item 4 in paragraph one:
