1. Create the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center of the analysis and information" of Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The main object of activity of the company are activities in the field of mass media on:

1) to technical, information and organizational maintenance of the actions directed to compliance with law in the field of mass media;

2) to information and methodical support of questions of the state information policy;

3) to analytical support of the processes directed to increase in competitiveness of domestic information space;

4) to information and analytical work in the field of ensuring information security.

4. To provide to committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval of the charter of the company to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
