1. Make the following changes to "The instruction for use gas", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 12, 2011 No. 80 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 5, Article 452):

1.1. add the third offer of the following content to Item 6.2:

"The illegal detachment of gas lines or interruption in supply of gas without the direction to the consumer of the written notice in the cases provided by subitem 3.1.5 of these rules is forbidden.";

1.2. add to the fifth part of Appendix 2 to the specified Rules - "The sale and purchase agreement of gas between the gas-distributor and the consumer who is physical person" Item 5.3 of the following content:

"5.3. The illegal detachment of gas lines or interruption in supply of gas without the direction to the consumer of the written notice in the cases provided by subitem 3.1.5 of these rules is forbidden.";
