1. Approve the inventory and rates to which the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union it (is applied).
2. Determine that the rates of import customs duties approved according to Item 1 of this Decision are effective for the Republic of Kazakhstan within six months after which action of these rates is prolonged for a period of up to accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization.
3. No. 100 is excluded according to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of 23.12.2013.
4. This Decision becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
