About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2008 No. 60

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for introduction and cancellation by the bodies registering acts of civil status, marks in identity documents approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2008 No. 60 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 275, 8/19754), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for introduction and cancellation by the bodies registering acts of civil status (further, unless otherwise specified, - bodies of registry office), the marks provided in Items 22, of 33, 43 Provisions on identity documents, No. 294 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 "About documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 135, 1/9740) (further, unless otherwise specified, - marks), the citizens of the Republic of Belarus brought in passports, residence permits in the Republic of Belarus and certificates of the refugee, and in the cases provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus in passports of foreign citizens (further, unless otherwise specified, - identity documents).";
