1. Ceased to be valid

2. Determine that:

the licenses for production of separate types of the protected printed material issued before adoption of this resolution with indication of effective period are valid before the termination of this term;

the licenses for production of separate types of the protected printed material issued before adoption of this resolution without specifying of effective period are valid within five years from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve structure and the regulations of gear of commission of experts on consideration of the materials provided for receipt of licenses for activities on production of the printed material protected from counterfeits, including forms of securities and also trade in the specified products which gets, in particular, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Tax Service, Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and to provide organizational and information and analytical support of activities of this commission.

4. Recognize invalid the paragraph third Item 1 and Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 3, 1992 as N376 "About Streamlining of Production of Forms of Securities in the Russian Federation".
