About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About chemicalixation and protection of plants"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About chemicalixation and protection of plants" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 5, the Art. 263) the following changes and amendment:
1. To state part 2 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"Registration testing of pesticides and agrochemicals are performed by the legal entities accredited according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. In Article 8:
regarding 1 word "five" to replace with the word "ten";
add Article with part 6 of the following content:
"Confirmation of conformity by the producer or supplier of the pesticides and agrochemicals registered for application in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed in the form established by the corresponding technical regulations.".
3. Recognize Article 9 invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 30 days from the date of official publication.
