In Item 1.3 of the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of the companies which are not performing financial and economic activities and did not create the authorized funds in the terms established by the legislation, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of July 3, 1999 No. 327 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 7, the Art. 35):
