About creation of State educational institution "International Presidential School" in the city of Dushanbe

1. Create State educational institution "International Presidential School" in the city of Dushanbe.
2. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organizatsionnopravovy issues of this educational institution.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of State educational institution "International Presidential School" in the city of Dushanbe in 2012 for the reserve fund account of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and in accordance with the established procedure to determine source of further financing of this organization.
4. To add the list of educational institutions of system of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006, No. 594 "About the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the paragraph of the following content:
"State educational institution "international Presidential school" in the city of Dushanbe".
